Oh Sweet Fall.

Finally. Cooler weather. Although, here in the deep South, this is just a tease. I'm sure it will return to mid 80s temperatures by the end of the week. While it is cooler, however, I will enjoy it :) The sweetness of this recent weather and the craftiness of my good friend Kayla inspired me to decorate for Fall. I made a wreath! My first ever attempt at such a thing and I'm satisfied.


I have also been working on painting and glazing two candle holders that my mom and I found at a yard sale in SC. I got the pair of them for $4! I forgot to do a before photo prior to priming them, but I did do a before and after for the glazing part. Here they are primed and painted:

Glad to get a few of my projects accomplished! I guess I've just been too busy looking at a hundred homes for sale a day via the internet. I can't wait until I'm done with work at the end of this month and finally doing walk throughs of homes! Buying a house is a scary thing for me, but also really exciting. I'm so grateful that our realtor is an old friend of Brandon's and someone I know we can trust. I'm going to need all the help I can get!
